About the course

  • Course with our head Patisserie Chef, is designed for ‘Passionate about Baking & Patisserie’ cooks

  • The course totals 20 hours of learning, guided by a tutor in a practical kitchen, learning both practical and theory.

  • Assessment is done through practical examination of the dishes you prepare

  • Each ‘Final Dish’ you prepare, is individually assessed

  • The assessed marks equate to your final end mark.

  • You must pass all units to be awarded this qualification.
