 As the very 1st Dual Internationally accredited Culinary & Hospitality Academy in Africa with City & Guilds and the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (C.T.H.UK), Institute of Tourism & Hospitality (ITHSA) & developed in partnership with GORDON RAMSAY’S Tante Marie Culinary Academy.
